TK Paauwe-Roberts is a passionate instructor, with almost a decade of experience teaching various activites aerial silks, circuit training, Pilates, nutrition and kids’ fitness and sports programs. As a fitness enthusiast, she aims to guide her students on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle in a sustainable, enjoyable, and smart way by developing new movements and skills with proper technique. For TK, working with aerial silks is like solving a puzzle, and she enjoys the challenge of figuring out the wraps and installations breaking them down through aerial theory.  She currently teaches private lessons and group classes at Oasi Sorgente in Italy.

TK and Kristen met in California while TK was visiting her parents and looking for somewhere to train.  She took a lesson from Kristen and they became fast friends.  They quickly realized that they share very similar passions and interests in the silks and a goofy sense of  humor.  They're thrilled to team up on this retreat and continue exploring their shared passion for aerial theory.
