About this retreat
In this 5-day program, everyday will be filled with movement, shared experiences, good food, and exploring the beauty of Umbria.
Every morning, we will be guided through aerial hammock and Pilates sessions to feel stronger and more energized. Afternoons are reserved for sightseeing and local experiences, allowing time to explore historic towns, enjoy long lunches, and relax at the property. During the free time there will be opportunity to book a massage with a professional therapist. Evenings offer space to unwind with another hour of Pilates mat. Then after dinner there is opportunity for dancing and singing karaoke, or simply relaxing by the fire together.
From flying in the hammock to wandering historic streets, soaking in thermal baths, and sharing meals around the table, this retreat is designed to make you feel feel uplifted and refreshed.
The Instructor
Aleksandra Mazur, called Ola by family and friends, has been teaching movement classes since 2008 and Pilates since 2012. Ola holds a masters in Physiotherapy (2009) and multiple Pilates certifications.
In Pilates she finds a natural link between therapy and fitness. Ola finally got the opportunity to join BASI (Body Arts and Sciences International) Probridge Program in 2014 and five years later had the honour of joining the Faculty Team. Teaching
Teacher Training Courses took her across the globe: from Poland (her homeland) to Morocco, to Saudi Arabia and China. In 2024 Ola completed Legacy Program with Rael Isacowitz and in 2025 became a Senior Faculty.
She specialises in working one on one with clients with injuries and chronic pains, helping them recover, move and feel better. Another big part of the schedule is mentoring BASI students and empowering them to unleash their full potential.

TK Paauwe-Roberts has over a decade of experience in aerial arts, alongside Pilates, nutrition, and strength-based training.
With a background in high-level gymnastics, her teaching style blends technical precision, fluid sequencing, and deep body awareness, allowing students to move with both control and ease on the ground and in the air.
Her aerial hammock classes emphasize clean technique, mindful transitions, and supportive progressions, making hammock an accessible yet challenging practice for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.
She integrates principles from Pilates, calisthenics, and gymanstics to help students develop stability, coordination, and longevity in their aerial practice.
Currently teaching at Oasi Sorgente in Italy, TK guides her students toward a stronger, more connected body through purposeful movement.

After training, we’ll gather for a shared lunch, allowing time to relax, enjoy nourishing food, and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

-
A local wine tasting
-
Lunch out and time to explore the historic town of Spoleto, with opportunities to sight see and shop
